Little Jenny didn't know that the sky
Looks really bright and blue when you're high
She just believed in what she saw with her own two eyes

Little Jenny didn't know that the sun
Makes you feel fine and free when you're stoned
She couldn't find the bliss of being alone

Then one day she realized
That the pollen is good and the sky is bright
She drove her tears away to catch the light
Day by day she grew her plants
She talked to the birds and smiled wherever she went
She' s found her way to the promise land

At first Jenny didin't look at the stars
They're so remote, she thought, they're so far
She was so sad that she locked her dreams in a jar

Little Jenny had never slept on the grass
She used to watch the weather through her window of glass
In facing her distress, she had never had any rest

Then one day she realized
That the flowers smell good and the sun is bright
She drove her disillusions away to catch the light
Day by day she grew her plants
She used talk to the frogs and smile wherever she went
She's found her way to the promise land

Now little Jenny knows that when she's high
The sky is blue the sun is bright
She's so beautiful as beautiful as the light
